SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after your order is
placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as
soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-12 business days. Delivery
times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier
and your location.

Peak season delays
During the holiday season and other periods of high demand, processing
and delivery may take longer than the times listed above. We do our best
to ship every order as quickly as possible, but delays caused by high
order volume, carrier backlogs or weather are outside our control.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and
delivery address.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to
offer a refund or a replacement for packages that are undeliverable or
lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was entered.

Tracking
Your tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. It can take
a couple of days for tracking to start updating after you receive it.
